Naira Marley's sister voices her disapproval of his prolonged detention, stating that keeping him in custody solely to placate social media and online public opinion is unreasonable.

Shubomi, the younger sibling of the embattled singer, Afeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, has expressed her strong opposition to her brother's ongoing detention.

Taking to her Instastories, Shubomi contended that her brother had voluntarily returned to the country and asserted that detaining him for nearly a month simply to placate the demands of social media and online public opinion is an unreasonable course of action.

She firmly demanded the release of her brother, who is the owner of the Marlian record label. Naira Marley was taken into custody on October 3 in connection with the unfortunate passing of Mohbad.

Shubomi's sentiments on the matter can be observed in her Instastory post below.
