Britney Spears bares it all on social media following the release of her revealing tell-all

Britney Spear, the 41-year-old American singer, has continued to bare her soul after the release of her explosive memoir, "The Woman In Me." In a recent Instagram post, she shared a bold photo of herself, confidently flaunting her well-toned derriere against the backdrop of a picturesque beach.

This revealing image comes in the wake of the much-anticipated release of her memoir, in which she candidly delves into the years of her life marred by a 13-year conservatorship.

In her book, titled "The Woman In Me," Spears opens up about the rigorous dietary restrictions imposed on her for a two-year period by her father, Jamie Spears. This diet primarily consisted of chicken and canned vegetables, a regime she was subjected to during the conservatorship. She recounted how she would plead with her butler for more satisfying meals, yearning for what she referred to as "real food."

The artist disclosed that her father, who had been appointed as the conservator of her finances and personal life in 2008, initiated this restrictive diet after repeatedly criticizing her body and telling her she appeared "fat."

"I felt scared," Britney recalled. "I'll be honest, I was miserable."

"For two years, I subsisted on little more than chicken and canned vegetables," she wrote in her memoir. "Two years is an extended period to be deprived of the ability to eat what you desire, especially when it's your body and your talent that is generating the income everyone relies on."

"Two years of yearning for french fries, only to be told 'no.' It felt incredibly degrading."

"Despite consuming less, he made me feel unattractive and inadequate," she expressed.

"Perhaps it's the power of your thoughts: you become what you believe you are."

Britney confessed that she ultimately acquiesced to her father's wishes, given that she was "so beaten down" by the circumstances she was facing, as she shared in her memoir.
